It’s funny the things you’ll miss.

Not just the wedding cakes themselves, but the quiet late nights after everyone was asleep. Hell’s Kitchen playing in the background, buttercream on the counters, and me carefully stacking tier after tier in my little kitchen.

For years, this was such a big part of my life. Through military life, raising kids, and all the ups and downs in between, wedding cakes gave me a creative outlet and connected me with so many incredible people across Utah.

This chapter is coming to a close as we head to Virginia, but I’ll always smile when I think about the late nights, the wedding mornings, and yes... Gordon Ramsay yelling in the background while I worked. 😅

What a sweet season it was. ✨
