270 chicken skewers.
15 lbs of bacon cooked, 25 Roma tomatoes sliced and 5 heads of lettuce shredded for BLT sliders.
30 pounds of elbow noodles, for Mac n Cheese (before cooked)

Everything is homemade. And we purchase most of our fruits and vegetables through local farmers/markets.
