Onsite parking + Rec Fields + Indoor & Outdoor Pools and Fire Pits
This location was selected because has both conference facilities for panels, meet & greets, etc. while also offer ample outdoor space for community pop up encampments and a variety of events. Additionally the Mountain Lakes Amphitheater is a full stage allowing us to host musical acts, stage shows, and variety acts right in the heart of the event grounds.
🎟TICKETS: Early Vertibird Tickets are available through November 30th at FalloutFanCelebration.com AFTER THAT tickets will stop until the switchover to a new ticketing system for 2026 (ticketing resuming January 1st).
🎟VIP Ticket: $250 | General Admission $30 | Children 5 and under FREE (unless VIP then they need a ticket)
🏨ACCOMMODATIONS:
DAYS INN - We've bought out the Days Inn completely, provided we can fill all rooms by April 1st. People have to call for special pricing and mention Fallout Fan Celebration to book and get the discount. We urge you NOT to wait to grab a room because this will go very fast.

We additionally will be taking over the Flatwoods KOA Journey attached the Days Inn property. There are a total of 50 camper/RV spots with full hookups and some designated tent sites.
Note that not all of these space will be available as we'll be taking some of them for events. The KOA will not be taking any reservations until January.
