As a business owner in the service industry you work lots of holidays, weekends, and miss many opportunities to “be normal”.

Easter, Christmas, and the Fourth of July are exceptions. I shut down and pay respect to God and our freedoms. Those freedoms were paid for by the blood of young men who didn’t get a say who ran forward when the world would run away!

Well! yesterday a Vietnam Veteran blessed me with this gift! He made it! I hope God allows me to keep it displayed proudly till my days of work are done.

This is to be our countries biggest bash yet! So let’s celebrate with fireworks!

Watts Cookin’ thanks every service member home and abroad active, part time, or retired! God Bless the USA. The greatest country ever created!

I’d just like to tell yall how good God is. We had a safe and productive week and weekend.

Thank you Inlet Oaks Mobile home community for having us serve during your first presidential pool party! We had a cool time 😉 on Saturday!

Tonight we thank Emmens Preserve of Market Commons for having us back again! The good Lord let the weather break for the fun time festivities to occur!

Also shout out to my boy Dwayne from NOLA's Stuffed Snoballs, Beignets & Catering for the delicious cool down treat and to Reina from Little Latin Kitchen it was a pleasure meeting you!

Remembering those that died so we could still strive. I sincerely wish all those who have served fought and came home my deepest gratitude.

We should observe Memorial Day more so than we should celebrate it.

It’s been a journey these past two years, from losing a daughter to losing my ability to walk without excruciating pain.

Last November, I closed the door and hoped I would have the ability to get back on her. January came with a great surprise I was given the green light to recieve new hips.

I had been denied by two prior well respected hips surgeons, third times a charm. A surgeon saw my need to provide and cleared me for the surgery.

It wasn’t easy but it was way easier than dealing with the pain of bad hips. Now I am fully healed making strides and would be so grateful to book your next event or party.
