A guest on our 'Gems of Tuscany' private tour with the man himself, Dario Cecchini, the famous butcher of Panzano. Dario has been featured on The Food Network and other shows. He is always larger than life! Having Bistecca Florentina in his restaurant in Panzano is a true local experience. Many laughs and good times. Besides, you can always tell a person by their shoes! 😄
