Well worked on another project I went out to the storage trailer to get a cabinet smoker out that been in there for a while. I got looking at it and the bottom is all rotted out I forgot that is why I put it in there and bought a bigger one for smoking salmon for customers which we lost in the fire. I looked up on the shelf and saw I had another small cabinet electric smoker in there pulled it out cleaned it up and cured it. I built a stand to put it on and smoked some salmon up and also made some smoked salmon cracker spread. I am set up for doing smaller batches of salmon for people if you’re interested.

My soon to be daughter in law works for union bank and they are remodeling one of the branch offices. They had some cabinets they were getting rid of and asked if we could use them. So picked them up brought them home I bolted them together and made a counter top for it and made a 4 foot by 8 foot center island. I got too try it out yesterday day and it worked out great I was using a table for my center island and standing there working and bending over to do the work was killing the back. Now it is the perfect height for me to work and a good amount of room with lots of storage. I still need to trim it out but another step closer getting back to where we were.
