IT’S SATURDAY AT THE ’CUE — AND IT’S BADGER GAME DAY!

The brisket is off the smoker, rested and ready to slice, and the Smoked Bloody Marys are flowing.

Then at 6:15 PM, the Badgers hit the field, and we’ve got a couple game-day specials ready:

$1 OFF ALL SANDWICHES DURING THE GAME.

And we’re bringing out the JUMP AROUND JUICE for $9!

QUICK SCHEDULE UPDATE FROM THE ’CUE!

Tomorrow morning, the Primal’Cue crew has a pretty special job to take care of—we’re catering a wedding and smoking a WHOLE HOG for the celebration.

Whole hog barbecue takes time, fire, smoke, and plenty of attention, so between the wedding catering and our current staffing level, we’ll be opening for DINNER SERVICE ONLY on Friday.

Doors open at 4 PM.

Once we’re open, the brisket will be ready and the $4 Brandy Old Fashioneds will be flowing.

One other quick correction for this weekend: there was a typo on our Live at the ’Cue flyer. There is NO LIVE MUSIC this Saturday. Sorry for the mix-up!

We’ll still be here Saturday starting at 11 AM with brisket, Smoked Bloody Marys, Yacht Rock, and plenty of barbecue coming off the pit.

WE’RE HIRING AT PRIMAL’CUE!

We’re looking to add 4–6 dependable people to our crew as soon as possible.

OPEN POSITIONS:

• Kitchen cooks
• Dishwashers
• Food runners

We’re looking to hire two team members age 15 and up and four team members age 16 or older. Available positions and duties will be based on age.

Friday and Saturday availability is required. Experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train people who work hard, show up reliably, and want to be part of a team.
