What a crazy last 24 hours baboons catering has had. Did 2 catering events. A high school reunion and the race track again. Thank you everyone for your support. We made pulled pork, mac and cheese and baked beans for the reunion. For the track, we went big. And I mean big. Celebrated championship night with dino beef ribs, smoked sh***un shells, stuffed pepper casserole and broccoli crunch salad. Congrats to Mike Marthaller r for winning rookie of the year in the pro late models class. Thank you sir for supporting me and choosing me to be your race team caterer. Can't wait for next season.
