If we came back home and reopened the restaurant on limited days, what days and hrs would the public like?

We have had many inquiries about when we will re open. We have crunched the numbers many times and under the current economics we would have to drastically raise prices , or nickel and dime our customers with things like charging extra for things like $1 for a small cup of sauce (that stuff irritates me as a customer). We are working hard to eliminate some more overhead costs so that when we do open we can survive on a smaller profit margin. There are some things we can not reduce , as we all know the price of groceries seems to go up every day. This will naturally cause and increase from our previous menu prices.We do not have and exact date to give just yet as our other stream of income is inconsistent also due to crazy economic conditions. All I can say is it will be as soon as we can.

We very much look forward to serving you the best BBQ and do not want that spoiled by leaving a "bad taste in your mouth" over the price.

We are looking to reopen sometime in March. We will be hiring wait/serving staff. We are also considering hiring an experienced restaurant manager. Any one interested in the jobs please PM us your contact info and experience.

Audrey and I want to let our customers know that we have greatly appreciated your support as we ventured into the BBQ Restaurant business. We understand that historically the restaurant business slows down tremendously during the winter. Today we will be closing till spring. Again we do not feel that words are enough to express our gratitude for each and every one of you. We look forward to seeing and serving you when we do the Grand Reopening 2.0.
