This washed Sidra is vibrant and expressive—bright florals, silky sweetness, and clean fruit, with a smooth, comforting finish.

Grown by David Flores, General Manager of El Morito (a collective supporting 150+ small producers), this coffee reflects both intention and care at every step.

With only 25 sacks in the world (about 150 lbs of unroasted/green coffee), it’s an incredibly rare lot—and a first for our menu.
