☕❄️ NATIONAL COFFEE DAY… BUT MAKE IT FROZEN.

It’s National Coffee Day, and around here we like our coffee a little different. 😏

Meet our Cold Brew Mocha Frozen Coffee — because apparently we looked at coffee and thought, “You know what this needs? A frozen drink machine.” 😂

Rich, creamy, chocolatey coffee goodness served frozen is pretty great on its own…

But then there’s the Frozen Coffee Bar. 😍

Whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, cookie crumbles, toffee bits, mini chocolate chips and plenty of ways to load it up exactly how you want it.

And for the grown-ups? A little Kahlúa, Baileys, RumChata or your favorite addition can turn it into an entirely different kind of coffee break. 😉

Sure, the weather is finally starting to cool down…

But we’re in Alabama. We’re not putting the frozen drink machines away just yet. 😂

Weddings, showers, brunches, corporate events, tailgates, girls’ nights — we’re pretty convinced there’s not a bad occasion for a Frozen Coffee Bar.

🍦🍹 WAIT… YOU CAN PICK IT UP?!

Yep! You don’t always need delivery and a full setup to add a Sweet Treat machine to your event.

Pickup is available for several of our rental options:

🍦 Single-Flavor Soft Serve
🍹 Single-Flavor Frozen Drink/Slushie
🍹🍹 Two-Flavor Frozen Drink/Slushie

That makes pickup a great option for birthdays, showers, family get-togethers, tailgates, office parties, neighborhood events… or really any occasion that could use unlimited ice cream or frozen drinks. 😂

We’ll walk you through everything you need to know before you leave, so you can load up, take the machine to your event and let the fun begin!

Need something to put it on? We’ve got you covered there, too! Our carts can be picked up along with your machine — just keep in mind they’ll require a little extra room in your vehicle.

Pro tip: Bring an appetite… and some muscle. 😂💪 These machines aren’t light, so plan to bring an extra set of hands for pickup!

We love watching customers pull away with one of our machines knowing there’s about to be a very happy group of people wherever they’re headed. ❤️

Big celebration or small gathering, sometimes you don’t need the full setup.

🍦 HIS or HERS? 💍

We’ve been part of a lot of weddings, but this was a first for us — and we absolutely loved the idea! ❤️

For their wedding at Casey Acres at Chigger Ridge Farms, LLC , this couple put their own spin on dessert by creating two Signature Sweets:

🍓🍫 HIS — Chocolate Covered Strawberry
A twist of Strawberry + Chocolate soft serve

🍍🥥 HERS — Piña Colada
A twist of Vanilla + Pineapple soft serve

They even had a custom sign made showing guests exactly how to create each one. Such a fun way to make their soft serve bar feel completely personal to them!

And we have to mention the setting. 😍 Casey Acres describes itself as a “post and beam barn style venue with a touch of elegance,” and between the beautiful property, those views, and all of the little details being brought together for the wedding, we can definitely see why. 🤍

We grabbed these pictures while the planners were still working their magic and getting everything ready for the celebration — but we couldn’t leave without snapping a few of the venue too!

🍦✨ Sweet treats with a view… and WHAT a view! 😍

We recently had the opportunity to set up at Stone Haven in Section, Alabama, and this venue is absolutely stunning!

With its beautiful Italian-inspired style and incredible views overlooking the Tennessee River, it’s one of those places where you can’t help but stop for a minute and take it all in. ⛰️🤍

We get to visit some amazing venues across Alabama, and getting to set up our soft serve machines in places like this is definitely one of the perks of the job. 🍦

Beautiful venue, incredible views, a special celebration, and unlimited soft serve… sounds like a pretty sweet combination to us! 😉

Thank you for letting Sweet Treat Rentals be a small part of the day. We hope we get to make our way back to Stone Haven again soon!

And seriously… can you imagine watching the sunset over the Tennessee River from here?! 😍

🇺🇸🍦 Happy Labor Day from Sweet Treat Rentals!

You usually see the finished product — machines set up, ice cream swirling, frozen drinks pouring and guests having a great time.

But there’s a whole lot of work behind the scenes before we ever get there!

Loading, unloading, prepping, cleaning, delivering, picking back up…and then doing it all over again. 😂 And we wouldn’t trade it.

As a small family business, we’re incredibly thankful for our crew, our family and every customer who keeps us busy doing what we love. ❤️

Today, here’s to everyone who works hard, no matter what that work looks like.

🍹🎢 Look where our frozen drink machines ended up!

We had so much fun seeing a couple of our machines make their way to Alabama Adventure’s Adults Only event!

While the Alabama Adventure team took care of the drinks and serving, Sweet Treat Rentals supplied the frozen drink machines that kept everything perfectly frozen and ready to pour all night long. 🍹

One of the things we love about our machines is just how many different ways they can be used. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, neighborhood parties… and apparently even an adults-only night at an amusement park! 😂🎢

Thanks to Alabama Adventure for letting our machines be a small part of such a fun event!

🍹 POV: You’re growing up in the family business… ❤️

One of the coolest parts of building Sweet Treat Rentals has been getting to bring our kids along for the ride.

Sometimes Mom’s behind the camera, Dad’s grabbing supplies, and our smallest crew members are right there making sure we pick the good flavors. 😂🍹

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before our machines ever show up at an event, and getting to do some of those little things together as a family makes it that much sweeter.

These moments probably don’t seem like much to them right now, but we have a feeling they’ll be some pretty special memories to look back on one day. ❤️

Of course, we couldn’t leave without asking our official flavor inspector for his approval. 😂
