Regency Centers is honored to once again stand alongside the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, Vibrant Emotional Health, and 13 fellow open-air shopping center owners in supporting the Signs of HOPE initiative.

More than 8,400 reflective signs have been installed across 1,650+ shopping centers in 40 states, offering round-the-clock visibility and resources for those navigating mental health challenges.

Together, our goal is to spark awareness, foster support, and promote access to the 988 Lifeline—a free, confidential resource available nationwide for anyone in emotional distress or crisis.

This meaningful initiative, funded by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration), reaches consumers making a collective 4 billion annual visits to our centers, reminding everyone that help is just three digits away.

This past weekend, Regency's Greenbriar Shopping Center proudly hosted the incredible Feed Fairfax 5K, and the impact was truly inspiring! 🏃‍♀️

💚 650+ participants
💚 1,530 miles walked & run
💚 $49,000+ raised
💚 48,839 meals funded for Fairfax County kids
💚 21,000 meals packed on race day

Over the past 5 years, this event has provided 187,081 meals and raised more than $227,000 to fight childhood hunger locally. We’re honored to be part of this meaningful movement.
