Holiday classes are officially live! 🎁

We have a fun lineup of cooking classes and experiences coming up, including Kids Holiday Pasta, Asian Dumplings, and our Holiday Chef’s Table.

If you’re looking for a fun experience to gift, Gift cards are available on our website and make a great gift for someone who deserves something special this year. 😌

We’re also excited to launch our Holiday Chef’s Table. If you’re looking for something fun to do during the week between Christmas and New Year’s, this is a great opportunity to go somewhere different and experience something new. Chef Adrian will prepare a four-course dinner while you enjoy a relaxed evening around the table. No cooking, hosting, or cleaning required.

After our holiday classes, our next classes won’t be until February. If you’ve been wanting to join us, now is the time to grab your spot!

A note from the Chef:

We’ve had over 200 people in the kitchen with us already this year, and we’re on track to welcome more than 300 by the end of the year.

That’s something I don’t take lightly… at all.

I’ve had the opportunity to teach fresh pasta, farm-to-table cooking, seafood, tacos, and so much more, but what means the most to me is everything that happens around the food.

The Kitchen Incubator has become a place where people can gather, slow down, learn something new, and spend time together. I’ve watched people try something for the first time, laugh around the table, gain confidence in the kitchen, and make memories along the way. Kitchen Incubator of Northwest Illinois

Thank you for showing up, bringing your curiosity, and letting me share something I love with you. It’s been really special to see so many people come through the kitchen this year.

And we’re not done yet. Our winter class lineup launches this week, and I’m especially excited about one night in particular: a Holiday Chef’s Table.

I’ve been looking forward to putting this one together, and I can’t wait to share the menu and the rest of the winter lineup with you.

It was a beautiful Harvest Moon at The Hohlen Homestead 🌕🍷🍂✨

We had 13 guests for an outdoor farm to table cooking class and homestead tour and it was an unforgettable night! We cooked up our traditional coffee rub beef and fresh vegetables right from the homestead. A special thank you to Justin and Christy Hohlen for hosting! We ended the night by the fire with a delicious fruit plate and pawpaw fruit tasting courtesy of the Hohlens. We absolutely loved throwing these events and there will be many more next year! 😌

Our Farm to Table classes are all about learning to cook with what is growing locally, from colorful seasonal produce to quality beef raised right here in our community. Together in class, we’ll turn fresh market ingredients into a meal that celebrates the season and the people who grow it. Ask anyone who has been in class already… you can taste the difference in local ingredients! 👏🏼
