Our farm to table cooking classes are in full swing! Here’s what we’ve been cooking! (And eating!!)
Leafy green starter with summer vinaigrette, coffee rub beef bites and summer vegetables like yellow squash, tomatoes and green onion. You get to learn all the things about our local produce and farms and receive the recipe after class so you can recreate it at home!
Shout out to our local farms for helping us truly bring the taste of Sauk Valley to the table. Each farm to table class is locally sourced, and we prepare items you can find right here at the (We did that on purpose!)
