Just wanted to let everyone know there was a big cookie drop at La Esmeralda- Food Trailer today so be sure to stop by tomorrow! Their hours are 7:30am-2:00pm.

Also I’ll be working on a few new things this week so be on the lookout for that!

We’ll be at the city park tomorrow for the Hispanic Heritage Festival! Come out for some treats and don’t forget your dancing shoes 💃
We will have a variety of cookies and new empanada flavors!

Some of the cookie flavors for tomorrow include:
☕️ Caramel Mocha with dulce de leche filling
🍪 Pistachio stuffed with a pistachio cream (a little upgrade on the og recipe)
🍓 Strawberry - one of my favorites 😁

The available flavors will be:

For a limited time we have pumpkin spice cookies, dulce de leche filled conchas and pecan filled conchas!

I will have conchas available Monday so place your order by Sunday morning so you’re on the list!
