The countdown is over, and we’re so excited to spend the week serving up your favorite fresh-squeezed lemonades, limeades, and refreshing drinks while you enjoy everything the fair has to offer!

Whether you’re coming for the rides, livestock shows, live entertainment, delicious fair food, or just a fun night out with family and friends, be sure to stop by and say hello. We’d love to squeeze something refreshing just for you!

• Tuesday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Rollos BBQ & Catering is pulling up to Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand this Sunday, July 19th from 1:00 PM until SOLD OUT! 🔥🍖

We’re excited to partner with Makayla Venable, Christa Gleaves, and Kaitlyn Croyl for their “Strangers to Neighbors” Community Event. Come out, meet new people, enjoy the park, and grab some of your Rollos favorites!
