Our newest farm to table drink : garden mint matcha with a honey cream top

I was told when planting mint to only grow it in a contained space (like a pot) because otherwise it will completely take over. Thankfully I didn’t listen to that advice years ago and I have a huge mint patch to supply our farm to table coffee shop (dreams do come true 🥹)

This is our newest concoction and our house made garden mint syrup can be added to any of your favorite drinks including lattes and cold brew.

Of course we’re excited to share our fresh sourdough/ fresh milled flour but also to bring in the best of what our area has to offer in agricultural products.

For example we just got in fresh organic eggs from Toad Hill Farm. These guys are incredible farmers who steward the land in a way that aligns with our values.

And Prairie Garden Farm dropped off these Starbuck grown blooms and we’re excited to host our very first bouquet bar.

We want Full Circle Farm to Table to be a hub, where people can come and know everything is hyper local. We’re excited to collaborate and help you support other small farms and makers in the area. We’re excited to share on more partnerships in the works very soon!

It’s the little things… like outdoor seating! We just added a few tables and chairs from IKEA so you can enjoy your coffee in the sunshine. We just need to complete the look with some farm fresh bouquets to deck the tables with 🌼💛☀️

25lb and 50lb bags of bread and whole wheat flour fresh off the mill. 4lb bags of whole wheat, rye, and bread flour.

I guess we’ve sold all the hard red wheat berries we stocked but bringing more into town when we come.

It’s been fun experimenting with our farm grown flour over the years. These rhubarb scones are made with our whole wheat flour, local rhubarb, and sweetened with organic cane sugar. We don’t have any bread on the shelves today but have a steady stream of scones (and sourdough chocolate chip cookies) coming out of the oven. Grab a coffee and cruise 🫶🏽 we’re open today til 2 (regular hours are Thur - Mon 7-2)

Honey creaaaaam top 🍯

Our house made pourable whip cream is made with three ingredients: local honey, whipping cream, and salt. And you can get it on anything (even our rhubarb lemonade) 😋

We have a lot of cold brew so we’re doing a little special on cold brew with a honey cream top today (Sunday)
