A huge THANK YOU to the Old Settlers Reunion Committee for trusting us to cater this year’s Centennial BBQ dinner. It was truly an honor to be part of such a special tradition and to serve so many wonderful people who came together to celebrate our town.

We also want to give a special shoutout to YoLee Flores Trevino and family for doing an incredible job smoking the brisket and sausage. The meat turned out fantastic, and we were grateful to partner with a team that takes so much pride in their craft.

Also a huge thank you to Chef Mark Ivan Gomez and his boys for all of their help this weekend. QHC wouldn’t be what we are without you!

It truly takes a village to pull off an event of this size, and we’re thankful to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it such a success. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity and hope everyone enjoyed the meal as much as we enjoyed serving it.

Here’s to another 100 years of celebrating this amazing community! ❤️🤠

It was an honor to create this spread for such a special celebration and even more meaningful because it was for family.

For the past several months, Quest Hospitality has had the privilege of being part of so many special celebrations, gatherings, and events. We are incredibly grateful for every client who trusted us to serve them!

As summer begins, we're choosing to slow down and spend intentional time with our greatest blessings, our children.

We will continue to fulfill all events currently on our calendar, but we will not be accepting any additional bookings for the foreseeable future.

This isn't goodbye, just a season of stepping back, soaking up family time, making memories, and enjoying these fleeting years while our babies are still little.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and understanding. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for Quest Hospitality when the time is right.

We had the pleasure of catering lunch for the First Methodist Church of Stanton this afternoon at the Martin County Community Complex!

Today's menu featured beef and chicken fajitas served with rice, beans, chips, queso, salsa, and guacamole. For the kiddos we prepared crispy chicken strips and fresh fruit.

To top it all off, everyone enjoyed a build-your-own ice cream sundae bar with all the sweet toppings!

Thank you First Methodist Church for allowing us to be a small part of your fellowship and gathering. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve our community!

Tonight we had the pleasure of serving guests at the Bush Convention Center with a menu featuring beef tips in gravy and creamy chicken Florentine in a white wine sauce, paired with seasonal vegetables, buttery mashed potatoes, and fresh dinner rolls.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and selflessness are the reason we gather freely with the people we love today.

We created a handcrafted charcuterie flag made with fresh berries, artisan meats and cheeses.

Today is more than a celebration, it’s a tribute.
May we never forget those who gave everything for this nation. ❤️🤍💙

We tried out the new Charcuterie Grazing Box trend today for a sweet friend!

I’m loving the concept! Add your crackers and dips around the border once you set out the display so the crackers don’t get stale or soggy! Once your guests have grazed all they want you can box it back up and put it in the fridge! ✨
