Y’know, tacos really get the lion’s share of attention ‘round these parts, and it makes sense since they’re like kinda our namesake or whatever, but our desserts deserve some of the spotlight too. Let’s get into some sweet talk 🎂

🍰 First up, The Ligaya: our new Ube Tres Leches cake. Light ube sponge cake soaked in three milks, topped with ube whipped cream. And get this, it’s completely gluten-free! This pretty purple bundle of joy will have you saying ubeby, bite after bite.

🍫 Next up, our Texas Sheet Cake: rich chocolate cake with richer chocolate icing. Simple, indulgent, and get this, this one is completely gluten-free too! Comes in a Texas-sized slice so it’s perfect for sharing.

🍪 Last but not least, our Texas Pralines: a melt-in-your-mouth Texas confection made with milk, butter, sugar, and big ole Texas pecans (glass of bourbon not included, but recommended). It’s kind of like if a cookie and candy had a baby. Gluten-free!

All Taco Buddhas will be OPEN on the Fourth this year, which means you can stock up on all sorts of goodies to bring to the BBQ 🍹🌮🫕

Load up on bulk chips and dips and to-go margaritas to be the MVP of the party, or better yet, just bring the party to the patio! We’ll be open 8:30a-9p in Botanical Heights, Kirkwood, and UCity.

Salsa is red, Queso is white, and... well... nothing on our menu is blue (except for our blue cornmeal pancakes on Saturday and Sunday mornings), but you get the gist. Have a safe and happy Fourth of July, y’all 🎇

You can’t rush deliciousness. Best to take things sloooooow 🐢

We play the long game with the roasted pork featured in our Taco of the Month 🌮 We start by marinating pork shoulders overnight in our house-made mojo and then we roast ‘em slooooow for 9 hours throughout the day 🔥

The result is this tender, juicy, fall-off-the-bone goodness that you can enjoy on our taco version of a Cubano, The Little Havana 🇨🇺

It’s only on the menu through this weekend, so hurry up on over here and grab it before it’s gone 🏃‍♂️
