There are some flavors that never leave you❤️

Growing up, trips to Monterrey, Mexico meant family gathered at my tía’s house, afternoons playing Lotería with my cousins, and sneaking away to grab the incredible street burgers that became one of my favorite childhood memories.

The La Inez is our love letter to those moments.

A juicy 5 oz beef patty crowned with melted Chihuahua cheese, savory ham, bright salsa fresca, velvety black bean purée, and fresh guacamole. Familiar at its heart, but thoughtfully elevated by Chef Louis to honor the flavors of Monterrey while making it unmistakably La Bruja.

Every bite carries a little nostalgia, a little tradition, and a whole lot of love.

Hay sabores que nunca se olvidan.

Cuando estaba chiquita, los viajes a Monterrey significaban llegar a la casa de mi tía, pasar la tarde jugando Lotería con mis primos y escaparnos por unas hamburguesas callejeras que, hasta el día de hoy, siguen siendo de mis recuerdos favoritos.

La Inez es nuestra carta de amor a esos momentos.

Una jugosa carne de res de 5 oz, con queso Chihuahua derretido, jamón, salsa fresca, cremosa de frijol negro y guacamole recién hecho. Tiene toda la esencia de las hamburguesas regias, pero el Chef Louis le dio un toque más refinado para rendir homenaje a los sabores de Monterrey, sin dejar de ser inconfundiblemente La Bruja.

Cada mordida lleva un poquito de nostalgia, un poquito de tradición y muchísimo amor.
