Hey, friends and family. Mountain Pork will be smoking Golden turkeys on Thanks giving eve night. If you would like to purchasae one I will be happy to smoke it. I already have 1 order. I can smoke up to 9 of them at a time. 75.00 donation for a 8-f10lb, 100.00 for 10 to 15lb. To do the math 1 person equals 1.5lb per person when you consider shrinkage . Please let me know if you woule like to order. I need to know at least 1 week prior to thgnksgiving as to precure one for you. I also do just turkey breast. 35.00 per golden breast .

If your Thanksgiving is on a different day Mountain Pork may be able to still do it for you. Just let me know.

These turkey are brined for 24 hours and smoked for 12 plus hours. The reviews are amazing. They would have to be picked up Thanksgiving morinign by 11:00. If orders get over 10 some will have to pick up the day before. Kept in a fridge they are easely heated back up in a oven.
