Here is our Sunday menu. Y'all bought us out of the Million Dollar Swine AND the Roast Beef so we've got the Million Dollar Chicken on in addition to the flatbread and salad. We are open late, come by for dinner. Pork will be back on next week!

Hope everyone had an fabulous Thanksgiving! What was on your menu? We did Cauliflower Soup, Shrimp Stuffed Baked Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped Smoked Turkey. We are so grateful to have family with us and some new friends- who we only just met - graciously accept our invitation to celebrate with us!

Menu for this Saturday Brunch! We will be in Burnsville! Truck will be set up in the church parking lot, indoor seating inside the hall. Stop by for a meal. A portion of proceeds will go towards the WNC Restaurant Workers Relief Fund. Discussions, after brunch service, on preparing for future disasters and how to get in touch with loved ones when cell phones go down.

Dinner at home! We love having company and sharing meals in our new home. This was one of Shane's "throw togethers". Miso shrimp stock, soba noodles, shrimp, green onion, cilantro.
*Pro tip: Buy your shrimp with shells on or better yet, whole, use the shells and heads in your stock to make a simple, yet amazingly complex stock for any dish! 🍜
