I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this here because Bite ‘N Board is normally a place where I get to share something happy and fun with all of you.
But so many of you have supported our little business and our family, and I feel like I owe you an explanation for why things have been a little quieter and why some things have been delayed.
Our family is going through something incredibly difficult right now.
My dad is currently missing, and we are doing everything we can to find him and get answers.

Trying to navigate something like this while also adjusting to life with our new baby has been more overwhelming than I could ever put into words. We welcomed our newest little girl just recently, and instead of being able to simply soak in this season with our family, we’ve been dealing with fear, uncertainty, phone calls, appointments, and everything that comes with trying to find someone you love.

Because of everything happening, some Bite ‘N Board messages, and plans have taken longer than usual.
I’m so sorry if you’ve experienced a delay or if I haven’t been as quick to respond. Please know it isn’t because I don’t care about your order or your event. I’m just trying to keep my family together while navigating something none of us ever expected to face.

I’ve also created a GoFundMe to help with the unexpected expenses that have come with everything happening. There is absolutely no pressure to donate. If you’re able to share it, pray for my dad, keep our family in your thoughts, or simply share his missing-person information, that means more to us than you know.

A storm created treacherous conditions Sunday at Table Rock Lake.

Missouri State Highway Patrol says the man they’ve been searching for since then had stopped his jetski to swim. The passenger who was rescued told authorities the man had briefly taken his life jacket off, and was sitting on it. When waters got rough, the jetski collided with them. He went underwater, and didn’t resurface.

WE’RE BACK! 🎉

It’s been a little quiet around here lately, and for the sweetest reason.
We have been soaking up time with our newest little addition and taking a much needed break from the business.

But we’ve been missing our charcuterie cart, events, and all of YOU! 🥹

So… Bite ’N Board is officially opening back up for bookings!

We originally planned to keep September completely closed, but we’ve decided to open up a few select September dates for those who have been waiting to book.

Important Update 🚨

We are happy to share that our baby arrived earlier than expected! As we take this time to focus on our growing family, we are currently on maternity leave.

We plan to resume normal business operations in October.
