Just a little reminder that today is our ONLY drop off this week because we are getting ready to celebrate Helen’s birthday a little early! We’re taking a few days to slow down, make some memories, and enjoy a little birthday road trip together.

And if you’re heading to the Grand Ole Opry this week, we delivered a fresh batch of pies there last night, too!

Happy First Day of Autumn! We’ve been frying up pies in the Pie Cottage and loving these cooler temperatures today. Let’s hope they stick around!

Bet you didn’t know you can pop one of our pies in the microwave for just 20 seconds and enjoy it warm, especially with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Talk about a little taste of fall!

Tomorrow is our last pie drop before we head out for Helen’s birthday vacation, and we cannot wait to shut your pie holes one more time before we go!

Do you know the story behind the name Amazin’ Glazin’? It all started with one of our favorite hymns, “Amazing Grace.” And oh, how sweet that name truly is.

What began as a dream continues to blossom into something far more than we ever imagined. We are so incredibly thankful for our growing community, our amazing retail partners, and every single person who has supported our family business along the way.

Where were you when the world stopped turning 25 years ago today?

For me, I was in my college English Literature class, watching as the World Trade Center was attacked.

I understand that life goes on each day, but we must never forget the innocent lives that were lost. They still matter. We must also remember and honor the survivors and the first responders who showed incredible courage that day.

So, from our little piece of land in Springfield, Tennessee, we are thinking of and praying for the families who are waking up today missing the people they love. We remember the lives that were taken, we honor the survivors who lived through it, and we are forever grateful for the first responders who ran toward danger when so many were running away.

Twenty-five years later, their stories still matter. Their lives still matter. Their families still matter.

We remember. We honor. We pray. And we will never forget.

700 fried pies are in the books this week, and we’ve been busy getting ready for another BIG weekend!

We’ll be at Market in the Park in Gallatin at Triple Creek Park, set up under the pavilion and serving up all your fried pie favorites, including our Pie of the Month: Pumpkin Fried Pie!

Come see us tomorrow night from 4–9 PM and Saturday from 9 AM–3 PM.

We’ll have plenty of pies, so come hungry and leave happy!

We’ll see y’all at the park. Until then… shut your pie hole!
