Notes on our final week:
•There will be no preorders. It’s walk up only!
•We will be open our normal hours this week. This is our last week.
•I will not have sandwiches this week
•Yes, I’ll be selling sourdough starter. It’s $5
•I’ll be sharing recipes in an email newsletter this spring. A lot of you have asked for recipes. They will go out into the world in some capacity soon but I’m not sure how yet.
•Hats and totes will be on sale this week!
•We will be selling Janie’s Mill Flour by 5lbs. We’ll have whole wheat red fife, spelt flour, and einkorn flour. These will be $7 for each. This is great quality flour!
•We are selling our Nero 400, 3 deck, brick oven, 4 flour bins, our 60 qt spiral mixer, bread pans and bannetons. If anyone knows of a buyer, please forward them my information. I would love for them to go to a good home. They can be separated or sold together. Doesn’t matter to me!

If the following have not sold out on Tuesday they’ll available the following days. If I’ve sold out on Tuesday, I won’t be making more.
