Our management team has unique experience in the industry including Chef owner Eric Greer, Traditionally French trained culinary graduate with over a decade of experience as a Vegas chef And over 18 years in the food in history. Greer and his wife Denny our former creators and owners of North Bar and Lakewood Fish and Seafood Lounge, featured on Guy Fieri’s diners drive-ins and dives and Food Network. Wayne Tisei Who has over 40 years as a restaurant contractor and known for being a numbers guru Is over all bookkeeping and market strategy. Denny, Tisei and Greer Are the brains in operations and administration in the food industry, they as a team Have been very successful in all their business endeavors. Our location allows us to better serve guests by allowing them to feel like it is their own private hotspot and the affiliation is exclusive to them. We have developed systems that enable us to provide high-quality food and service at lower cost, the systems include both owners being the face of the restaurant guaranteeing excellence from the parking lot, service, food, marketing and expenses using all knowledge from over half a century of experience. All having family, and their kids living right there in that neighborhood, and attending the local schools makes us have a great understanding of what community means to Spring Hill.
