Meet our new and improved French Dip—made with Egger’s USDA Prime grade, Prime rib, seasoned overnight and slow-smoked for 13 hours right here at Local Flavors. It’s piled high on a toasted French roll with caramelized onions and melted Swiss, then served with our rich, house-made au jus.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our kitchen, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Experience is always a plus, but we also value a good attitude, reliability, and someone who takes pride in their work.
Weekend availability is helpful, especially for some Saturdays and special events, but we’re happy to talk through scheduling and find what works for the right person. We’re closed every Sunday, so Sundays are always off.
Starting pay is $17.25 an hour, and we’re happy to talk about pay based on your experience and what you bring to the team.

🏆🔥 We’re headed back to defend our title!

The Tailgater BBQ is coming up Sunday, October 11, and this is hands down one of the events we look forward to most every year.

They take over one of the fairways at Manito Golf & Country Club and fill it with BBQ teams, smokers, live and silent auctions with some pretty incredible experiences, and a ton of people coming together to raise money for local charities. It’s just a really fun day.

And for a $100 donation, you can eat about as much BBQ as you can handle. 😂 Kids under 10 are FREE, so bring them along too!

Last year, Local Flavors, Egger’s Better Meats & Seafood, and Harvest Moon teamed up and somehow managed to bring home the trophy. 🏆 Now we get to go back and try to do it again!

We’d absolutely love to see some familiar Local Flavors faces out there cheering us on.

🎟️ If you want tickets, just stop by Local Flavors or give us a call at 509-825-1003. We can take care of everything over the phone — we just need the first and last name of everyone attending so we can get you on the list.

And if you decide to come at the last minute, you can also buy tickets at the clubhouse the day of the event.

We’re looking to add a few great people to our kitchen and serving team, with positions available to start immediately.
We’re hoping to find dependable, hardworking people who have a genuine passion for hospitality. You should be comfortable working independently, staying productive during slower times, and taking pride in creating a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
We’re looking for people who can work most Saturdays and have a little flexibility when we have special events or private gatherings. One big perk: we’re closed every Sunday, so Sundays are always yours.
Starting pay is $17.25 an hour, and we’re happy to talk about pay based on your experience and what you bring to the team. Restaurant experience is always a plus.
