Adj worked at the "large corporation coffee company" for quite some time in her past, and learned a lot of neat things, too! One thing we are going to welcome with open arms to Sweet Caroline, is their whipped cream tactics! By using "isi" style whipped cream, it's not only the freshest and best tasting, it's sustainable and reusable! We don't have to worry about canister after canister of the fake stuff, AND we get to make occasional "deluxe" flavored whipped cream!

For example: chocolate mousse whipped cream, caramel whipped cream, and espresso whipped cream! All of these of course ALSO are delicious with "espresso con panna" - meaning, with CREAM! YUM!

One of our favorites on the roster is the Raw Sugar Latte. Prepared steamed, you get the touch of sweet and caramel flavor that raw sugar encourages.
Iced, you get the subtle sugar PLUS tiny bursts of extra sweet as you sip!
YUM!
