Well Spokane here I am sitting upstairs in my office doing the books where I usually am planning the evening for my team going over reservations making a game plan for the night.
I want to thank Spokane for 20 years for having us be your place for celebrations, for weddings, for family events (not always happy ones) and just for a great dinner. You have shown us such support and commitment through the years and such an out pour of love this last week.
I want to thank my family that have always stood by me through my adventures they have been put on the back burner many different times so I could do what needed to get done. Thank you and I love all of you 💕
I want do you thank Tom and Lisa for Having me as a partner and for trusting me with the Wolf Creek steakhouse through the years.
It seems like I have a lot of people to thank and I do.
I want to thank my team, my team I’ve had in the past my team I have now and the team I will have in the future someday I want to thank each and everyone of them for holding themselves accountable for greatness because that’s what they are anyone in the restaurant business knows how hard it is to get a committed, humble and responsible team and that’s what I have. There is no Front of the house or back at the house we are one team solid and strong, so if anyone is out there in the restaurant business be wise take some of these amazing team members that I have because they will make your team great I had a boss tell me one time no matter how well staffed you are you must always make room for greatness and I always took wise his advice. Not all of my team is great but the core team is. So if any of you restaurant peoples want some great ones please feel free to call me I’ll be here the Wolf Creek steakhouse closing up shop for a few weeks thanks again Spokane may God bless each and everyone of my team members,
Love you and your families
Cheers, Natalia Peterson
