New Orleans Style Shaved Ice

Even though the company is for sale, we will gear up for the season regardless. Things will start happening quick now that the new year is here but after lots of hard work we are easily set up for the first event in April.

So we have decided that the business is going up for sale, we would like to shift gears and sell our art and such, considerably less work and a lot more fun. I will be painting live at my booth, both wet on wet style paintings and small hand lettered funny signs for novelty lovers. Will be taking orders for them too. We both work very hard with the concession stand and if it does not sell we will run it next year until it does. This is a compete turn-key business, ready for an energetic young couple to take over the reigns.

Coming up with this season's schedule and will post it here. Lots of great events in Spokane and surrounding area. We passed our inspections and are now licensed to sell more stuff!

OK it looks like Ebelskivers will be on the menu this spring as a featured item. A great Danish pastry that can have different toppings to your liking. We will be offering fresh brewed coffee, muffins, Pretzels (real good ones), grilled cheese sandwiches and other goodies. Hot water will be ready for tea or hot chocolate. We have a lot of time and money invested so we are excited. We will keep the SNOWBALL CONCESSIONS title. Trying to be versatile to stay active in the market.
