Raging Rooster is an extension and collaboration of all the things we have learned over the years. We wanted a way to showcase the best ingredients we could find using those techniques. Our philosophy is based on authenticity. Not in the traditional sense, but to strive to create food and hospitality from our core. To learn from our past, our present and to display a sense of ourselves in every aspect of our hospitality. So when our guests leave our restaurants, they feel like they have experienced something a little different and special. Through these dinners we will continue to grow and hope that our guests will enjoy our ambitiousness and creative exploration through food and hospitality. We hope to create food that fills you, physically and mentally and satisfies your soul. Come and venture with us through hospitality and food!

Wow. What a great evening! 18 courses in 3 hours, it was fun. Thank you to everyone who was in attendance and a special thank you to our amazing staff who joined us by volunteering their time and skills. It was a great evening of good food, wine and people!
