Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is hiring for a part time position working mainly nights and weekends. Team members of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory will be showcasing the high quality of our product in a helpful and friendly attitude to our guests by greeting them, explaining menu options, suggesting specials, and promotions. To ensure our guests are having a great experience you are also responsible for recording orders from our guests and inputting orders into a point of sale system, as well as practicing proper sanitation procedures and maintaining cleanliness of the store. Other responsibilities may include cash handling, fulfilling orders, food preparation, cleaning, stocking items, and keeping inventory. Team members at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory interact with guests every day by sharing information, answering questions, and providing great customer service. The right team member will also be responsible for cooking, and making our confectionery items, and putting on a show for our customers in a consistent manner.
You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
This roll is a part-time position and requires availability, including nights, weekends, and the occasional holiday.
Previous cashier experience is a plus.
Previous quick service or related restaurant industry experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds.
Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible in addition to being a self starter with proven initiative.
