Can’t Stop Smok’n BBQ was coneptualized in May of 2019 from a couple of southern raised veterans who love smoking meat with an ol’ fashion stick burner and producing mouth watering, melt in your mouth meats from a off-set smoker we named Lucy.
Lucy was built and constructing in June of 2o19 by Troy T. from Hauser, Idaho. Can’t Stop Smok’n BBQ team spent next few months dialing Lucy in to ensure the smoker was ready to perfom when the doors opened. Along with dialing in the smoker, the team also spent endless hours perfecting decades of old recipes handed down from gererations of cooks.
Can’t Stop Smok’n BBQ decided the next steps before opening was to test the BBQ and recipes. We hosted many neighborhood gatherings and gathered valuable feedback prior to opening on October 1st, 2019.
