God has blessed us so much! We would like to thank everyone who came out to support us and VTwin Brewing Gunslinger Saturday! The rain was kind enough to pause while our event was happening. We will be back at VTwin Brewing, February 14th, for Valentine's Day dinner, so you are not going want to miss this event! Couples and singles welcome!


Can't Stop Smok'n BBQ will be taking time off for the Holidays from December 17th - January 2nd, returning for the new year on January 3rd. We wish everyone a safe and wonderful Christmas as well as a smok'n awesome new year.

Can’t Stop Smok’n BBQ was coneptualized in May of 2019 from a couple of southern raised veterans who love smoking meat with an ol’ fashion stick burner and producing mouth watering, melt in your mouth meats from a off-set smoker we named Lucy.

Lucy was built and constructing in June of 2o19 by Troy T. from Hauser, Idaho. Can’t Stop Smok’n BBQ team spent next few months dialing Lucy in to ensure the smoker was ready to perfom when the doors opened. Along with dialing in the smoker, the team also spent endless hours perfecting decades of old recipes handed down from gererations of cooks.

Can’t Stop Smok’n BBQ decided the next steps before opening was to test the BBQ and recipes. We hosted many neighborhood gatherings and gathered valuable feedback prior to opening on October 1st, 2019.

Seriously the best BBQ I've ever had. Amazing. I would have a hard time trying to make a decision about which one of their meats that they BBQ is best, thet are all very moist and succulent, with a fantastic bark. All the sides are very flavorful and delicious. I will make it a habit to come back and get more of this fantastic Smokehouse food. You Guy's Rock!!!
