It is going to be Dim Sum Saturday at The Scale House Market with steamed Beef Basil Bao Buns, Char Siu Chinese BBQ Pork and BBQ Chicken Open Faced Bao Buns, Chicken Spring Rolls, and Shrimps in Blankets. We also have fried tofu and veggies wontons and chicken wontons.

Chinese Flat Noodles anyone? Introducing Pan Mee (Flat Noodles) tomorrow at The Scale House Market from 3pm to 8pm.

Noodles are tossed in a savory soy sauce with chili flakes and sambal (optional). We offer chicken or tofu vegetables wontons.

We are excited to launch our SeraiMas Malaysian Mixed Rice series this Wednesday, June 18 at The Scale House Market. Every Wednesday we strive to introduce Malaysian dishes that comprise of Malay, Chinese and/or Indian, including my Nyonya Straits Born Chinese cuisine.

Our Menu this Wednesday:
-> Chicken Curry in Peanut Sauce
-> Vegetables Curry
-> Stir Fry Cauliflowers and Broccoli
-> Hard Boiled Eggs and Shiitake Mushrooms Stew in Pongteh (Spiced Dark Soy Sauce)
-> Pickled Carrots and Daikon

Come enjoy a hearty meal at SeraiMas.

37th lesson with Gamelan Slonding, a traditional Balinese musical instrument. We truly appreciate all the tips and donation at our SeraiMas booth in The Scale House Market. Today we make another money transfer to our community bank account in Bali. Our donation goes to pay for the music teacher and also savings to hopefully purchase 2 new music instruments to complete the assemble by end of the year. Thank you SPOKANE!

Hi everyone! We had a good turnout today for our Mee Goreng, Bihun Goreng and Pineapple Shrimp Curry. Our 16 year-old assistant Gavin did great taking the orders, fixing drinks and being his friendly self. My heart feels good that we could empower teens with these life skills.

For tomorrow, Saturday June 14, our menu is:

*Mee Goreng (Wok fried Yakisoba Noodles)
wheat noodles, DF, no seafood, contains soy

Bihun Goreng (Wok fried Rice Vermicelli Noodles)
GF, DF, no seafood, contains soy

Come enjoy noodles cook on the wok with our scratch made sambal (chili paste). The heat level is 1 to fiery 5 using Thai bird eye chilies.
