If you've never been a fan of tofu, give it a shot! They're so soft and soak up all that lovely flavor from the grill. The recipe below calls for Tofu (hello🧐), cabbage, pineapple, Samurai Teriyaki, Bekter's Ginger sauces, and a bit of garlic oil. My husband and I went here tonight for the first time. We snuck off during kids soccer practice and got food to go. It smelled wonderful when we walked in, we got our to-go bowls, and headed toward the food bar. The first thing my husband saw were the Asian meatballs. He was SO excited about these and put at least 15 in his bowl as that was his main protein. I put 2 in mine. As they cooked his food he pointed out to me that his meatballs were being thrown all over and most landed on the floor! We got home and only 2 made it in his bowl. He absolutely loved them, which made him even more mad that he lost so many due to careless cooking. I thought I would be nice and share mine, but none of mine made it!! Sad to say that the food was good, but we will not be back.
