To Sturgis, Belle Fourche, and Spearfish—thank you for such an incredible week! ❤️

No one really tells you just how much hard work goes into building a small business. There are long days, late nights, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work. But being able to serve and give back to communities that have been so welcoming and supportive makes every bit of it worth it.

We appreciate every single one of you who stopped by, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply came out to eat with us. Your support means more than you know.

Y’all really came through and kicked our butts tonight—in the best way possible!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by, waited in line, shared a kind word, and supported our small business tonight. We truly appreciate your patience during the rush. The turnout for the Camaro Rally was incredible, and we’re grateful to have been a part of such a great community event.

Seeing familiar faces, meeting new customers, and serving all of you is what makes these long days worth it. We couldn’t do this without your support.

First, a quick THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported us in Sturgis and Spearfish this weekend! ❤️

And a special thank you to those who came back to tell us what you thought about the food. We genuinely appreciate the feedback—it helps us keep improving and creating dishes you’ll love.

Now, what do food truck owners do when they’re not serving customers?

We cook… and then cook some more. 😂

When we’re not on the truck, we’re usually in the kitchen testing recipes, tweaking flavors, and trying new dishes.

The first full week of summer is here, the block parties are firing up, and we’re ready to hit the road! 🚚🔥

Thank You, Hometown Thursday! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our food truck at Hometown Thursday. We truly appreciate your support, your smiles, and the opportunity to serve our community.

Even though the weather was being a little silly again, some of you still came out and made it a great evening! We had a wonderful time getting the chance to try some of the delicious food and treats from our fellow vendors. It’s always a pleasure supporting other local businesses and being part of such an amazing community.

Whether you were a returning customer or visited us for the first time, thank you for choosing to eat with us. Your support means everything to us.

We look forward to seeing even more of you at the next Hometown Thursday, as well as throughout the summer at Music on Main in Sturgis and Downtown Friday Nights in Spearfish.
