Hello Southport!! I don’t even really know where to begin with this… Since October 2023 I’ve spent my life here in Southport with all of you! I’ve had the best and some of the most happiest times of my life here with you, friends of Southport. I have learned so many things from all of you friends, business owners customers, and just everyone here. I’m so grateful and thankful for this past year because it has taught me so much and has made me so much stronger than I once was. As you know my life has had a big change recently which has led me to the decision of closing Soundside. Please know that this decision is VERY great and does not come lightly. I am so grateful and thankful for all of you and I will miss you all so terribly much. As for Soundside the business it will remain closed for now. There’s a lot of things that play and closing this business so as for the future of it we are not exactly sure yet. I will keep you all updated here on this account as I get updates myself, but I just want to thank you so much for the best past year. I hope that each and everyone of you that I met no matter if we only met one time I hope that is someway I helped make your day better. My only intention ever coming here was to help people and make a change in my life and others. My life has greatly changed because of this. So thank you all so much. Hope to see you again on the SoundSide 🤟🏻

Reintroduction: I don’t think I’ve done this since opening this business almost a YEAR ago now! So to all of my new followers, new customers, hello! My name is Sabrina Hennessee. I am the owner of Soundside nutrition and I am a mother of two little boys, ages 6 and 10. I got into this business because I needed a better me and a better healthier life. Over this past year I’ve lost almost 70 pounds and grown so much as a person. I just want to thank each and everyone of you that have come and stepped foot into my business Each and every one of you no matter how much or how little you always share your life with me and I with you and I’m very thankful for all of you. I’ve met the most amazing people here! We’ve made it here almost a year now and I hope with your help many more. Thank you Southport and thank you Jesus!!
