I HAVE DONE IT... The recipes are Perfected!
Week 2 dough recipe, week 6 sauce recipe, and week 1's fermentation.
Dough Recipe
900g high protein bread flour
100g high protein organic whole wheat flour
600g room temp Detroit tap water
30g Sea Salt
30g table sugar
20g Olive oil
7g dry active yeast.
Sauce Recipe
96oz Cento crushed all purpose tomatoes
2 TSP dried Basil
2 TSP dried Oregano
2 TSP table Salt
2 TSP fresh diced garlic
4 TSP table sugar
4 TSP olive oil
48 hours cold bulk fermentation.
