This week's Passport Pop Up is from our Chef Aoki Kyu's Vault, including:
1️⃣ Shrimp Ceviche with shiro dashi, radish, avocado, and jalapeño
2️⃣ Roasted Butter Shoyu Corn with pancetta, chives, tamari, and miso butter
3️⃣ Steak Sando with kalbi marinated flank steak, roasted mushrooms, giardiniera, and ssamjang aioli on a ciabatta roll
4️⃣ Friend Chicken Sando coated with nanban glaze and served with tartar sauce and lettuce on a brioche bun
