We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Patrick Thillard has officially joined our team as our new Director of Operations!
Patrick brings over 20 years of world-class hospitality, leadership, and wine expertise to our tables. Having owned and operated popular dining destinations, he knows exactly what it takes to create unforgettable guest experiences.
A few fun facts about Patrick: 🇫🇷 He’s originally from Toulouse, France. 🍷 He holds a wine education from Le Cordon Bleu and is a Certified Sommelier (so expect some incredible wine energy around here!).
In his early career, he spent five years as a firefighter in Paris—meaning he knows exactly how to handle the heat of a busy kitchen and dining room!
Patrick’s passion, service excellence, and operational mastery are going to bring incredible fresh energy to our daily operations, and we couldn’t be luckier to have him.
