Aloha & welcome to the official food truck page of Mina’s Polynesian Hut!

This page is an extension of our main Mina’s Polynesian Hut family, created especially for everything food truck–related. Here, we’ll be sharing where the truck will be, the events we’re attending, our weekly hours, and food truck–specific menus.

Our food truck menu will rotate and vary—from crispy island-style Fish & Chips to Hawaiian favorites and Polynesian comfort food, inspired by the islands and prepared with love, passion, and a spirit of adventure.

Thank you for following, supporting, and coming along for the ride. We can’t wait to serve you and bring the taste of the islands straight to you—from our hut to your heart 🤍🌊
