Aka Suzi’s Sweets of the Week! 🍬

This weekend I’m baking a small batch of some fresh spring treats and they turned out SO good I had to share them with you all.

Inside this week’s treat boxes:

✨ Strawberry Swirl Lemon Cake Cookies – soft lemon cookies with a homemade strawberry swirl baked right in
✨ Classic Lemon Bars – buttery shortbread crust with a bright, tangy lemon filling
✨Strawberry Cruch Cupcakes - Moist strawberry cupcake finished with a craveable Cream cheese frosting and Strawberry Crunch
✨ Chocolate Dipped Oreos
✨ Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Everything is made from scratch in small batches so it’s fresh for pickup Saturday afternoon.

I only have 2 BOXES left available right now, but if there’s enough interest I may bake a few extra tomorrow.

This week I made Strawberry Crunch Cupcakes 🍓

They start with a soft strawberry cupcake, get topped with cream cheese frosting, and finished with a sweet strawberry crunch topping made from crushed cookies.

THERE IS STILL TIME TO ORDER THE SWEETS OF THE WEEK!💗

That crunchy topping might be my favorite part.

Good morning loves💗💜 ☀️

I made these Sausage & Cheddar Egg Bites today and had to share the recipe because they turned out SO good. Fluffy eggs, melty cheddar, and savory sausage baked into little breakfast cups. Phoenix devoured them before they even cooled 😅

These are perfect if you want something quick to grab in the morning or a protein snack during the day. I also love that you can make a batch and keep them in the fridge for the week, the freezer for longer

Mixing up the flavors like chicken, steak, bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, feta, the possibilities are endless!

Here’s the recipe if you want to try them 👇

🥚 Sausage & Cheddar Egg Bites 🧀

Ingredients
• 12 eggs
•1/2 cup milk (I use vitamin D )
• 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I shred my own )
• salt
• black pepper
• garlic allspice

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, seasonings together really well. (Beat some air into it!)
3. Cook sausage and drain.
4. Pour mixture into muffin cups about 1/2- 3/4 full.
5. Stir in the sausage and cheese into each egg bite- this is where you can mix up the flavors!
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until set and slightly golden. (Keep an eye on them the last 5-7 mins )
6. Let cool a few minutes and enjoy!

They reheat great in the microwave for about 20 seconds or in the air fryer !
