We’re Katrina and Clint Carpenter—a native Central Kentucky couple with a shared love for coffee, adventure, and family. Proud parents to three sets of twins and grandparents to one delightful grandson, we found ourselves entering a new chapter as our children grew. This transition sparked a
journey to discover what we truly wanted out of life. Traveling the world and exploring new coffee flavors has always been a passion of ours, but our hearts have forever been anchored in the beauty of the Red River Gorge. Fueled by that love and a dream to give back to this vibrant community, we started with a mobile coffee trailer that allowed us to share our passion with locals and visitors alike. This humble beginning was just the spark we needed. Determined to grow, we decided to make the Gorge our permanent home—to embrace the life we envisioned and serve this incredible community.
