So I made a bad call today on what could have been an awesome day to sell BBQ, but I will be out there tomorrow by Riveted Church at 11am and with me being closed next week I'm gonna cook my entire stock so nothing goes bad.

That is a full brisket, two pork butts, two whole bologna logs, about 4lbs of sausage and hot links, 4 racks of ribs, 12lbs of chicken, and I'll also double up on some of my sides to be safe.

So please come out an see me and get your fill.

I made the call last night around 1AM to not cook today. My apologies to everyone as it looks like the rain missed us for the most part.

I SHOULD be out there tomorrow (Monday 6/8) and ready to serve everyone.

There are some upsides to this to: Tomorrow I will have extra Brisket, Chicken, and Hot Links as I won't be able to hold those until my next day of service.

Again sorry I'm not out there today, but hope to see you all tomorrow. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Hello everyone, getting ahead of the curve here to let as many people as possible know what's going on.

First I want to let you know I am keeping an eye on the weather for Saturday night into Sunday and this may affect whether I can open Sunday. Fingers crossed all is good and I will see you Sunday. BUT if not Monday is looking good right now after the rain moves out and it should be business as usual.

Second: next week we will be closed (Sunday 14th and Monday 15th) I am working the Wingman tournament at my full-time job at The Patriot and that could be 10-14 hour days which will not leave me any time to prepare anything.

Follow our page for updates and I will try my best to keep you posted on everything going on.

It's just about dinner time and Bark and Bite is still full of food. The only item we are currently out of is Brisket. Everything else is fully on the menu.

We also still have some oreo cheesecake left if anyone is interested in that.

Now while we do have online ordering with Doordash we recommend calling us for best service.
