Introducing our 2026 Burger Battle contender—a refined collaboration that brings bold Argentinian inspiration to the heart of downtown Sioux Falls.

Glacial Lakes Distillery & The Black Sheep Food Truck present: Buenos Aires | $22

This Argentinian-inspired smash burger is an exercise in indulgence and balance. Nestled on a toasted whole-grain bun, the patty is crowned with luscious bone marrow chimichurri, silky brie cheese, and finished with a vibrant olive bruschetta spread that adds brightness and depth in every bite.

The experience is thoughtfully completed with a side of house-crafted Waldorf salad, delicately balanced to complement and elevate the richness of the burger—each flavor intentionally composed to let the star truly shine.

As always, all ingredients are locally sourced, celebrating and supporting the small businesses that make our community exceptional.

Now serving starting this Saturday, January 3rd.

The Black Sheep Food Truck is grateful for the support of our valued customers today, and we’ll be around until Saturday as we look to use up our remaining stock. If you’d like to give us a hand, you can place an order and we’ll happily deliver our food straight to your door. We don’t want to wrap up the season this way, so we’re giving you the chance for one last delicious bite in 2025. Orders over $50 come with free delivery. Thanks so much for your support.

We would like to extend our gratitude for the support we received over the past three months, which marked our inaugural season. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to serve delicious food and bring smiles to your faces. We look forward to returning the following year. 😊
