Kansas State Fair — behind the counter at our Mexican stand.
Double lines. 22+ feet of lights and flags so people can actually find us. Staff since 8am. Inventory that Walmart can’t cover. And the al pastor with real fire — because if you don’t make it a show, you don’t get the crowd.
