Waking up on my 30th birthday hasn’t gone as planned. I had hoped to spend today serving up delicious food and doing what I love most, but unfortunately, life had other plans.
Due to a major oversight and miscommunication, my food trailer was not connected to power last night. While this is extremely disappointing news, I will never compromise the health and safety of my customers and all of the food I had prepared for today will now be getting disposed of.
I sincerely apologize for this unexpected cancellation and truly appreciate your understanding and support. While mistakes can happen, this being the very first time, I look forward to the chance of serving you all again in the future really soon.
