Wish restaurants would have this posted. Hubby likes his rare, I like medium well, I always ask for pink inside, no blood, but some places get it perfect and some never get it right! After the waitress saw it she said wow that’s not what you ordered so she sent it pack. After waiting a while, it came back cold and exactly the same. I don’t think it was touched, just sent back the same way. Even the waitress said it doesn’t look any different and asked if I wanted it sent back again. I declined.
Here it is in my to go box since my hubby was finished eating.
Sad because it’s a reputable supper club.
