Last week was such a fun and creative day!

I teamed up with Mel at Through The Looking Glass Tea Shop to create something truly special—the official tea menu for Pour Over Café!

We tasted a lot of tea, shared laughs, and developed the Sheboygan Fog (name inspired by my friend ) —a twist on a London Fog. I steeped the tea directly in the milk with black tea, earl grey, and lavender for a richer, smoother flavor. I can’t wait for you all to try it when we open!
