Apparently, I got scammed from the event today. So I will not be at M&T’s event today.
Now, I have a full trailer of all of my items ready to go and nowhere to go with them. Does anyone know of anywhere that I could sell from today because I know that there are lots of amazing events going on today and I just don’t know what to do right now.
*someone used their logo and took all of the food trucks spot payments*

I had the best time with my friends Bookworm Gardens and Peja Vu tonight. The Peja Vu team KILLED it on an amazing menu and the team at Bookworm Gardens did an OUTSTANDING job on every detail for the event. I made a DELICIOUS Chocotora Cheesecake for everyone to enjoy!

So yesterday I had an event in Oshkosh and it was absolutely wonderful, but I accidentally sliced my hand open and had to get stitches. Does any other Baker in the area know what the best option is to wrap and keep it moving? Baker’s do not get days off and that is fine but I also need two hands so any tips from anyone would be absolutely wonderful.

The food truck made the first official road trip. I am in Oshkosh by the river with my friends at Aurora for an event.

The weather is perfect. My neighbor is a pizza truck, which is the best kind of neighbor. And I’m so happy to be here.
