We're back up and running with a brand new generator!
So I look forward to seeing yall this week Thursdayand friday in sharon from 11-7!
If we do well this week, be prepared to see BIG changes.
The kind of changes that will have us operating more like a local restaurant and less like a food truck.
The kind if things that will make us a legitimate dinner option, rather than a novelty.
But first, i have to make up for the BIG hit we took over the weekend 🤣

EDIT: We will be open in bradford Saturday and Sunday for a dirtbike race, more info coming when I get it!

Unfortunately, we will probably have to cancel our appearance at the balloon fest in Paris today. I really hate having to miss it, I was looking forward to it and had a lot invested into it. Unfortunately our generator broke down on us last night. And today went to harbor freight and thought we had gotten lucky to see a return generator on a sale. We were told that it was tested and worked. Unfortunately this generator will not turn on either

Great night at Skyhawk palooza today!
That being said, we DID over purchase, and I just so happen to have a free weekend with no planned events.
So im thinking we ought to pop up in sharon this Friday what do you think?!

We have picked up several last minute bookings for this week!
We will be back at SBD martin today, but since it was only a couple days notice for us, unfortunately we will not be able to do philly cheesesteak sandwiches! We only use one kind of roll for the cheesesteaks and any substitutions that I could get around here would not be up to our standards.
So we are happy to feed the SBD crew today but we will have a limited menu!
The main push will be:
philly fries
Smash burgers
Fatburgers
We also have very limited stock for our chicken and specialty items.
If you work at SBD and see this, please share the word around!
